Diane was commissioned to build a website to replace an existing, outdated one, and add a number of features.
Most notably this included online payment for services and making the site mobile device compatible, although a comprehensive re-design was also undertaken.
During the design period Diane provided regular, in depth updates regarding progress and was very quick and amenable in responding to enquiries and requests for changes.
Once the site received final approval Diane provided a thorough ‘site management’ training session. This was included in her very reasonable costs.
All in all, a very professional service where nothing was too much trouble.
